Reilly has a passion for creating great products and experiences for customers through human-centered design.
As a design strategist and product manager, his focus has been championing the adoption of design thinking into Capital One’s culture as well as leading large-scale design thinking projects to help Capital One disrupt banking from within.
Prior to working in product innovation, Reilly worked in brand strategy where he led sponsorships and digital campaigns at Capital One Canada and managed marketing for Capital One’s partnership cards with MTV, Orbitz and Sony.
Reilly is passionate about connecting with consumers to uncover opportunities to delight with unique products and experiences. When he’s not transforming the way people interact with their money, he enjoys all things food, from tinkering in the kitchen to eating his way through New York City.
