Facebook is known for having a collaborative, experimental, and innovative culture. However, when revenue began to plateau, Agustin Couto, Head of L&D at Facebook Latin America, reached out to The Design Gym to redesign Facebook’s go-to-market strategy. Together, we created and piloted a new approach to collaborative selling called Innovation Hacking. It has since been scaled across 5 countries to nearly 30 of Facebook’s clients.

We are thrilled to have collaborated with Agustin once again—this time on an article for Developing Leaders Quarterly. In their latest edition, “Innovating Innovation,” we recount how the Innovation Hacking program was born and the lessons we learned along the way.
