“Talent hits a target no one else can hit; Genius hits a target no one else can see.”

*Note* This workshop meets in Downtown Chicago

How do we lead ourselves and our teams to amazing ideas?

How do we step past the obvious, into innovation, past simply fixing the immediate problem?
In one night of fun action-based learning, we’ll work to discover new models of facilitating teams towards fresh ideas.

What will I learn?

  • Managing and leveraging groupthink
  • How to Generate ideas and when to choose ideas: Creating Experience Arcs
  • A modular approach to implementing and using the process in your work
