The Design Process:  A solid overview of the principles and practice of a user-centered design process to ensure the idea you’ll launch will have solid value for users AND be economically viable. Minimum Viable product – what it is and how to get there

 

Product market Fit: What it is and how to measure it quickly and cheaply Business Model Sketching – How to visualize the processes behind the ideal experiences you’re hoping to create.

 

Business Model Generation and Prototyping: How to collaboratively generate sketches, models and diagrams to iterate, communicate and test business models at varying fidelity.

 

What you should bring An idea or project you’re passionate about. If you’re on the verge of launching an idea or want to know where to start, this class is perfect for you. If you have something in the works, or even post-launch, this session will help you dig deeper into making it awesome.
